Okean-HybridNet (Fence + Curtain floating debris boom)
It was designed due to the need for higher containing efficiency when dealing with plastic litter and other pollutants that moves in med-water levels, especially under wave conditions.
For these cases the Okean-HybridNet series of floating barriers are the ultimate solution. They can stop and divert pollution at higher depths while it can be extended to a full depth system and control decomposed seaweed accumulations or to seal perfectly a marine area for special purposes such as a jellyfish or a shark deterrent system.
They consist of the fence part which provides the high freeboard and the appropriate buoyancy and the curtain underneath which can be extended to the desired depth.
They are followed by a three longitudinal tension members which provides the durability and smooth tension distribution.
